For any bookings arriving by February 29, 2020, you can enjoy our Same Rate Special. Book our four larger guest rooms at the same rate as the Worlds' Fair Room , and stay anytime in January or February 2020.

Enjoy this special before our rate increase go into effect on March 1st. Take this chance to try out any of our rooms, especially if you haven't been back since we opened Frederick's Room, the Judge Sears Room or the John Stark Room.

One night stays are at the regular room rate, but may be eligible for a free room upgrade based on availability at the time of check-in.
For direct bookings only--reservations made through a 3rd party and/or Online Travel Agency (OTA) are not eligible
You may call me directly or book online. If booking online, simply write "SAMERATE" in the "Special Instructions" or "Comments" section of the booking form to receive your special rate. I will personally adjust the rate when your credit card is processed.
Any other add-on options are at the regular rate
