Marie's Signature Pizza
When I was small, every Friday night we had pizza for dinner. In honor of meatless Friday's in the Catholic tradition, my father's would be cheese and anchovy, ours would be just cheese.
Being the only daughter, I got to be in the kitchen with my mom, as she made the dough from scratch, the sauce from scratch and grated the cheese from the large wheel of Romano cheese kept in the spare fridge. Everything was fresh. And she taught me everything so I could carry on this tradition some day with my own family.
Now you, too, can enjoy our family tradition.
In our area, most restaurants are closed for dinner on Sunday and Monday evenings. But no worries--we will be open for pizza!
How does this work?
Choose from the following:
- My Boys' Favorite Pizza, a.k.a. Meat lovers: Pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage, ground beef, on our signature marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella and Asiago cheeses, $21
- Veggie Lovers: Chef's choice combination of bell pepper, asparagus, broccoli, olives, fresh tomato, spinach, mushrooms and/or zucchini, on our signature marinara sauce or our house white sauce,topped with mozzarella and Asiago cheeses $18
- Marie's Favorite Pizza, a.k.a. Pepperoni: Pepperoni, more pepperoni, plus onion on our signature marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella and Asiago cheeses, $15
- Lots of Cheese Pizza: Olive oil and garlic spread, topped with fresh mozzarella, herbed goat cheese, ricotta and Asiago cheese: $18
- Smoked Salmon Pizza: Smoked salmon, spinach, capers on a layer of our house made white sauce, and topped with herbed goat cheese and fresh mozzarella, $25
Our signature marinara sauce is made from tomatoes, garlic, onion, in-season fresh garden vegetables and spices, simmered all day to a thick, flavorful, red sauce.
Our house made white sauce consists of olive oil and garlic spread, topped with mozzarella, goat cheese and Asiago cheese.
Our pizza dough is hand made by Marie, using her mom's recipe.

A Few Good Things To Know
- Pizza Night must be prearranged with at least 48 hours notice.
- Pizzas generously serve two.
- All orders are prepaid. However, should your plans change, we will prepare your pizza for take-away--you won't want to miss out!
- Please advise us of any food allergies when you order.
- We are happy to accommodate substitutions with enough lead time. Please don't be shy about asking for a substitute or if there is that one ingredient you'd prefer not come to your pizza night.
