Theater hours depend on the event, and the box office is only open on show days. Box office hours are:

4 p.m. until 30 minutes after the show starts for evening performances.
12 p.m. until 30 minutes after the final show starts for 2 p.m. Matinee performances.
11 a.m. until 30 minutes after the final show starts for 1 p.m. Matinee performances.
