Cara Schloss and Monty Gralnick opened the Cafe in 2012 to bring healthy vegan options from the west coast to the Midwest. Their primary location offers a comforting ambiance to sit down for meals and a drink.

Their second location, Provisions, is just a block away at 6350 South Rosebury and offers coffee and baked treats for all just about anyone.

The Cafe is open:

Tues-Thurs: 10 am - 7 pm
Fri-Sat: 10 am - 8 pm
Sunday: 10 am - 3 pm

The Provisions is open:
Tuesday - Sunday from 8 am to 4 pm
