A Note From Our Cleaning Staff

NEW PROCEDURES FOR DISINFECTING

Unique Household

Hello folks,

Terrance and I are hard at work solidifying our policies with the new potential virus being so close to home. Many of your service packages include routine disinfecting of commonly touched surfaces. Although it is not standard for every visit, we have been going to extreme lengths to help keep your family safe over this hectic period.

What changes you can expect:

1. We love you guys, but will reserve the hugs and handshakes for later!

2. We will be wearing gloves for the entire length of your visit, and will follow our new and updated policy on changing gloves for wetwork versus dry work.

3. If you or your family has a confirmed case of coronavirus, or if you have come into close contact with anyone who is showing symptoms, Unique is asking that you let us know so we can prepare for the proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures, as definited by the CDC HERE:

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/home/cleaning-disinfection.html

We are doing our best to disinfect, even for those of you who do not have the higher level packages. Although we will not be raising your prices for this, we are asking that you consider donating Lysol or other disinfecting wipes, or anything else that can help us continue to keep everyone safe, without straining our budget too much.

We appreciate all of you, and look forward to getting through this community crisis together. Please note, we do require that you notify us if anyone has been sick. Failure to do so will be considered as a danger to us or our workers, and may result in a loss of service.

Take care, and wash those hands!
