Terms and Conditions - Lehmann House

A reservation is a contract. By giving us your credit card information above, clicking the Terms & Conditions box and submitting your request, whether online or by phone, you agree to all of our policies. In return, we will hold your room(s) for you, for the night(s) requested.

By submitting your reservation, it is understood that the information is correct and you agree to the terms as laid out in this document regarding services, number of days booked and the cancellation policy in force for the days booked. Regular Season/Non-Holiday Dates:

A deposit equal to 50% of your reservation will be taken at the time of your booking.
For single night reservations on Friday or Saturday, this deposit is 100% and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations must be made by 4:00p CST on the 15th day prior to your arrival in order to have your deposit returned, less a $25 or 10% of the deposit (whichever is greater)fee per room cancelled. Your deposit will become non-refundable on this date.

Cancellations made after 4:00p CST on the 8th day prior to your arrival requires full payment for all days and rooms reserved. Your balance may be charged to your card on this date.

Cancellations or changes to your reservations must be made by email and must be made by the party who originally booked. This cancellation policy also applies to guests planning on using gift certificates from any source. If issued by Lehmann House, unless the original is mailed back to us, your card will be charged. This also applies to a reduction of nights made after 4:00p, 15 days before your arrival, or a delayed arrival, either of which you will be charged in full. Vacation insurance is available from several providers online to inexpensively protect you against covered unexpected events.

Holidays & Special Events:

A deposit equal to 50% of your reservation will be taken at the time of your booking. For stays excused from the minimum night requirements and/or with a discounted rate, during special events or holiday weekends, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations for non-discounted reservations meeting the minimum night stay requirements must be made by 4:00p CST on the 30th day prior to your arrival in order to have your deposit returned, less a $25 or 10% of the deposit (whichever is greater) fee per room cancelled. Your deposit will become non-refundable on this date.

Cancellations made after 4:00p CST on the 15th day prior to your arrival requires full payment for all days and rooms reserved. Your balance may be charged to your card on this date.

Conventions/University Graduation Dates:

A deposit equal to 50% of your reservation will be taken at the time of your booking. For stays excused from the minimum night requirements and/or with a discounted rate during convention dates, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations must be made by 4:00p CST on the 60th day prior to your arrival in order to have your deposit returned, less a $25 or 10% of the deposit (whichever is greater) fee per room cancelled. Your deposit will become non-refundable on this date.

Cancellations made after 4:00p on the 30th day prior to your arrival requires full payment for all days and rooms reserved. Your balance may be charged to your card on this date.

When you arrive, at check-in, if applicable, you can pay any balance remaining by credit card, check or cash. To be compliant with local laws, you will be asked to sign in and present identification.

Group Bookings

For bookings of three or more rooms, our policy is as follows:

Cancellations must be made by 4:00p CST on the 60th day prior to your arrival in order to have your deposit returned, less a $25 or 10% of the deposit (whichever is greater) fee per room cancellation fee. Your deposit will become non-refundable on this date.

Cancellations made after 4:00p on the 30th day prior to your arrival requires full payment for all days and rooms reserved. Your balance may be charged to your card on this date.
