Weddings at Lehmann House
For your very special day, whether you want a ceremony and reception, or reception only, deluxe site rental, and includes the following:
- Valet parking
- Exclusive use of 1500 sq ft of indoor
space - The outside garden
- Use of the commercial kitchen by your caterer
- We will take care of all deliveries from
your vendors so you can relax and enjoy
your special day stress free. - We will also have one of our staff
available to coordinate with your
caterers during the event, - We will take care of clean-up afterwards.
- Use of one of our guest rooms,to prepare for your special day, as well as for your wedding night*
For a ceremony with reception or reception only, there is a six (6) hour minimum. For a ceremony only, there is a three (3) hour minimum. Both include from the time you first arrive to set up, dress, decorate, the event itself, and through until the last guest leaves.
We can also help arrange any or all of the details of your event, such as food, cake, photographer, music, flowers, etc. We are happy to refer you to our preferred vendors, however, you are welcome to bring in your own at no extra charge.
- Rates for up to 70 people**:
- Ceremony only, three (3) hour minimum***,
Monday -Thursday: $1000
Friday-Saturday: $3000
Sunday: $2000 - Ceremony with reception or reception only, six (6) hour minimum***,
Monday -Thursday: $3000
Friday-Saturday: $5000
Sunday: $4000
